WHY AUTOMOTIVE?  YOU ARE A GIRL. 

Automotive has been an interest of mine ever since I know I could drive. There is something about the beauty of lines and curves on the body of a car that attracts me. The deep utter growl that car makes, that screeching sound of rubber drifting on asphalt, and the perfumed of burnt rubber in the air after a passing pit maneuver pulls me closer. But the sight that never stop playing in my mind is taking that last step of stairs down to the show at Formula Drift that opens to a outdoor lot of modified cars is what left me in awe. 

As for my driving skills, I'm not sure about skills. Be a passenger and find out, if you are lucky. Or some say unlucky. If you do, make sure to wear an extra layer in case.

AUTOMOTIVE PHOTOGRAPHY

Being in and around the automotive scene for many years, seeing the beauty of automotive from the way the body curves on vehicles to the dedication enthusiasts go in great lengths to express their passion is what I fell in love with. They share similar views on what a vehicle real is. It is not just a transportation that takes you from point A to point B. It is a relationship and it takes care of you. It's a place some people feel the most free behind the wheel, it keeps you out of unexpected weathers, and it's a place most stepping stone memories are built on. Like the beach, taking a drive helps whine down and ease some people’s mind from this stressful place the world call life. Your vehicle sees the personal side of you from sadness, happy moments, hangry times, and struggling points of your life that maybe the closest person to you haven’t or rarely sees.

My goal in photography is to able to capture that beautiful side of automotive and share it to everyone. From the automotive sport and lifestyle to the comfort it brings to the driver behind the wheel. Let’s tell a story that is not heard.

SO, WHY LIL LADY? 

People always call me little lady and I could never understand why. I've always ask myself, "Geez, am I that little?" But then again, I'm that small, petite girl that you see in the aisle at the store who is climbing onto the flimsy, swayed down metal shelves trying to grab the last mini Oreo bag that has gracefully moved itself to the most further back of the wall.

I'm that girl you see that gets excited to go to home depot just to look at flowers at the garden center. Who is found crouched down behind the flower stands taking forever to pick just one flower she sees as perfect to come home. Who is seen pushing that unpredictable shopping cart that have the mind of its own around home depot.

That's how I got my nickname. It stuck with me, I liked it, and it has a nice ring to it. Going through life like most people, I've grown to be independent, learn to be self-driven, and the experiences I've gone through built another layer to my skin. A layer that most people do not see. To me, "Small is just a size."
